Dosage and use

Use stenabolic for 8 weeks, followed by 8 weeks rest. As this SARM has a half-life of 4 hours, it is recommended to spread the doses (2 to 3) throughout the day.

Is this your first time using SARM? Then slowly build up your dose from 10 to 20mg per day for the first two weeks. Then you can increase the dose to 20-30mg per day.
